Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries!
At Kickzlocker, you have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the day you receive your order. During this time, you can return your item for any reason, no questions asked.

How to return an item?

1. Notify us: let us know you want to return something by sending a message through our contact form. Be sure to include your order number and the product you wish to return.
2. Pack it up properly: make sure the item is in original condition. Unworn, undamaged, and preferably in its original packaging. 
3. Send it back: once your return request is confirmed, we'll provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
4. Get your refund: as soon as we've received and inspected your return, we'll issue a full refund via your original payment method within 5 business days. 

Important to know:

• Items must not be worn or damaged. Trying them on is totally fine!
• Keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed. 
• Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless we made a mistake on our end.
