2. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order, it simply means we've received it. The purchase agreement is only finalized once we have received your payment.

3. Shipping and delivery time
At Kickzlocker, we make sure your order is shipped quickly and reliably.

Shipping method: orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Processing time: we typically ship orders within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping costs: free shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking code so you can follow your delivery.
4. Returns
Kickzlocker offers a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive your order. During this time, you can return your items without providing a reason.
Return process:

Request a return: submit your return request via our contact form. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Pack the item: make sure the product is in its original condition. Unworn, undamaged, and is possible, in the original packaging.

Send it back: once your return is approved, we'll send you the return address. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Refund: after we received and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a full refund within 5 business days via the same payment method you used for your order.
Please note:

Products must not be worn or damaged, but trying them on is of course allowed.

Keep your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.
